2010 (Senior): Foutz started in all 18 matches in her final season in Las Cruces. She recorded two goals and three assists in 2010. Foutz ranked second on the team in shots (29) and shots on goal (15). She scored both of her goals in the 8-0 win over Prairie View A&M (Aug. 29), including her first career goal as an Aggie.
2009 (Junior): In her junior season, Foutz started in 18 matches and tied for the team-high in assists (three). She also ranked sixth in points (three), tied for seventh in shots (eight) and tied for eighth in shots on goal (three). Foutz recorded her first career assist at Northern Arizona (Sept. 12). She also had the assist on a corner kick for the game-winning goal versus Northwestern State (Sept. 27). In the 3-2 win over Idaho (Oct. 4), she tallied her third assist of the season.
Prior to NM State: As a midfielder at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Foutz played a monumental role in the success of the program. In her second season with the Coyotes, she was named a NSCAA All-America selection. Foutz was a two-time first team All-ACCA and first team All-NJCAA. In 2008, she led Chandler-Gilbert to the national semifinal game, a district championship, along with a regional and conference championship. Foutz paced the Coyotes to a 20-3-1 record as a sophomore and a 13-3-1 record as a freshman. She scored 17 goals and had 29 assists during her two-year campaign.
High School/Club: Foutz was a 2007 graduate of Mountain Pointe High School, in Phoenix, Ariz. As a senior, she led the Pride to the 5A-1 semifinal game, while compiling an overall record of 23-4. During her final season, Foutz garnered many accolades including the Tempe All-City, first team All-Arizona Republic, first team All-Tribune and Coaches Central Region selections. Additionally, the Tribune and Coaches Central Region ranked Foutz as the No. 1 defender. As a junior, Foutz guided the Pride to 23-2 record and the squad was a finalist in 5A-1. Individually, she earned Tempe All-City, first team All-Tribune, Coaches Central Region and second team All-Arizona Republic honors. During her sophomore season, Foutz paced the team to a quarterfinal 5A-1 finish along with an honorable mention selection on both the Central Region and Arizona Republic teams. Also, during her three seasons as a defender, Foutz only allowed one goal.
Personal: Foutz was born in Scottsdale, Ariz., to Mike and Cheryl Foutz. She hasn’t declared a major.
