2024-25 (NM State): Pickens appeared in 30 of the Aggies' 32 games, led all freshman averaging 11.3 minutes per contest. His best scoring performance came on the road against UNLV (11/23/24) , where he scored a season-high 14 points, grabbed two rebounds, and dished out two assists while going a perfect 2-2 from beyond the arc. He tallied a season-best five assists against Kennesaw State (1/23/25). Had a season-high two steals against LA Tech (1/4/25). 

High School: Pickens was a three-star recruit coming out of high school... was ranked 28th best player in Arizona and 38th best point guard in the 2024 recruiting class... in his senior year at Dream City he averaged 12 points, 5 assists and 2 steals per game... was a Mcdonald’s All-American nominee... named a two-time Grind Session MVP and the 2023 Flight Club Tournament MVP... in his sophomore year at Millennium High School he was named to the 5A All-Region First Team and the Conference Defensive POY after averaging 11 points, 6.1 assists and 2.4 steals per game.
