Junior (2013): Todd played in 20 matches and started 17 for NM State during the 2013 season. She totaled 19 shots on goal, an average of .528 per game. Todd had the game-winning goal against LIU Brooklyn (8/30) with two shots on goal in 75 minutes played. Todd totaled five goals on the season, her final coming against Utah Valley (11/1) in the double-overtime loss. During that game, Todd recorded a season-high three shots on goal. In the last game of the season against Bakersfield (11/3), Todd totaled four shots, two of which were on goal, helping NM State to a season-ending 2-1 win. She was named to the Academic All-WAC team.
2012 (Sophomore): As a sophomore, Todd made an appearance in 15 matches, and she started in four games. She scored four goals and nine points in 2012, which was a team-high mark. Todd now has seven career goals and ranks third on NM State's all-time list for career goals. She fired 22 shots and 13 shots on goal, which ranked second on the team. Todd also posted a .591 shots on goal percentage in her second season. In her first appearance of the year, Todd scored her first goal of the season and took four shots and a career-high three shots on goal at UC Riverside (Aug. 31). She followed that performance with her first assist of the season on the game-winning goal versus Southern Utah (Sept. 2). During the first home weekend of the season, Todd scored her second goal of the season against Weber State (Sept. 9). Todd also scored a goal in each of the final two matches of 2012 at Seattle (Oct. 26) and at Idaho (Oct. 28). She recorded a career-high five shots against the Vandals.
2011 (Freshman): In her first season in Las Cruces, Todd played in 16 matches. She scored three goals and dished two assists, which tied for second on the team. Todd recorded 13 shots, eight shots on goal and .615 shots on goal percentage. In the 7-0 win over Embry-Riddle (Sept. 23), Todd scored twice and posted her first assist. Her five points in the match was a single-season record in 2011. Todd was only one of three Aggies with multiple goals in a game during the year. She scored her third goal of the season in the 2-2 double overtime tie at Fresno State (Oct. 23).
High School/Club: Todd joined the Aggies from Irwindale, Calif., and Northview High School. She was named the Valle Vista League Most Valuable Player as a junior and first team all-league selection as a sophomore and freshman. Todd concluded her career with 132 career goals and guided Northview to the league championship as a senior. She led the Vikings to the first round of the California Interscholastic Federation in 2008 and 2010. As a freshman, she set the single-season record for goals with 30 and then crushed that mark with 47 as a junior. Todd broke her record again as a senior with 48 goals and was named San Gabriel Valley Athlete of the Year.
Personal: Todd is the daughter of Barbara Espinoza and was born in Covina, Calif. She is majoring in psychology.
