2013 (FRESHMAN):  Horner did not play in 2013 and earned a redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Amy Horner is joining the Aggies this year, as an outside hitter after playing four years at Artesia High School. She led the Bulldogs to back-to-back state championships in 2010 and 2011. Horner was also named first team all-state in 2011 and 2012. Horner played in 83 sets during her senior season and finishing with 449 kills, 372 digs, 61 aces and 41 total blocks.  As a track and field athlete, Horner set the school record in the triple jump and the mile relay. Horner finished her high school career with not only athletic achievement, but academic honors as well. She was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated from high school with a 4.35 GPA.

PERSONAL: She is the daughter of Billy and Pam Horner and is majoring in chemical engineering. Her mother Pam also attended New Mexico State.
