LAS CRUCES, N.M. – After defeating Battle of I-10 rival UTEP during a mid-week tilt, the NM State softball is set to return to conference play as they host CSU Bakersfield on Friday at 6:00 p.m. MT. AggieVision will broadcast the series opener.
Friday's game will air live on Fox Sports Arizona Plus, Altitude, ESPN3, Comcast-Las Cruces, Comcast New Mexico and the WAC Digital Network. Fox College Sports Pacific will air the game on tape delay at 9:00 p.m. Saturday's games will be KRUX 91.5 FM.
The final home series will conclude with a double header on Saturday. Game one will begin at 4:00 p.m. and game two, which is Senior Night for the Aggies, is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.

The Aggies are 29-19 overall and 8-1 in conference play after topping UTEP 12-0 on Tuesday. This domination followed a 2-1 series win over Grand Canyon last weekend. After falling 6-5 in game one on Friday, NM State defeated the Lopes 8-0 in game two and 9-1 in the series finale.
NM State holds a 10-4 all-time record over CSU Bakersfield. The two teams last played on April 18, 2015 as the Roadrunners topped the Aggies 3-0 in the series finale. NM State won games one and two 1-0 and 7-1, respectively. CSU Bakersfield is 13-26 this season and 5-4 in league play after they swept Seattle U last weekend.
