Scouting the Eagles
Northern New Mexico College (NAIA) visits Las Cruces with a 1-10 overall record and is on a 10 game losing streak since winning its season opener against University of the Southwest, 64-50. The Eagles and NM State last met in 2014-15 at the Pan American Center with the Aggies taking an 81-39 victory.

NNMC is led offensively by sophomore guard Melanie Secody at 11.6 points per game on a .326 shooting clip. Junior Jazlynn Muniz is second on the squad in scoring with 9.1 points per game while Kayla Salazar is third at 7.8. Erykah Tallman is the Eagles leading rebounder, pulling in 4.5 boards per game.

NM State took on Abilene Christian on Tuesday, Nov. 20, in Las Cruces. The Aggies struggled from the field and dropped a 58-46 decision.

Gia Pack recorded her second double-double of the season with 22 points and 11 rebounds while leading the team in both points and rebounds.
Brooke Salas added 11 points and five rebounds with
Aaliyah Prince also recording five boards.
