LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The Aggie Caravan returns once again, this year making four stops across the Land of Enchantment.
Â
"As the land grant institution for the state of New Mexico, it is extremely important to meet our fans and supporters on their turf." Director of Athletics
Mario Moccia said. "We cannot effectively do our job behind our desks in Las Cruces so our Aggie Spring Caravan is vital to our overall mission of statewide exposure."
Â
In addition to Moccia's attendance, several Aggie coaches as well as other NM State athletic department administrators will be on hand at the Aggie Caravan stops. Social hour is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. (MT) at each location with the program slated to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Â
The first stop on the Aggie Caravan will be at Adobe Rose (1614 N 13th St) in Artesia on Tuesday, May 8. Moccia and company will then embark on a three-day trip beginning on Tuesday, May 22, in Gallup at Sammy C's (107 W. Coal Avenue). The Aggie Caravan then heads to #Aggiequerque with a stop at St. Clair Winery & Bistro outdoor patio (901 Rio Grande Blvd NW) on Wednesday, May 23, before closing it out in the outdoor patio area at Buffalo Wild Wings (839 S. White Sands Blvd) in Alamogordo on Thursday, May 24.
Â
Every stop in the Aggie Caravan is free for fans to attend and will have appetizers along with a cash bar.
Â
"We will do everything we can to meet with Aggie fans around the state to create relationships. We also hope to continue to build on those relations that we've made." Moccia said.
