LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's tennis team looks to build on its big win over Utah State last weekend as it heads to Las Vegas for a trio of matches at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.

First up for the Aggies will be the host Rebels of UNLV on Saturday, Feb. 16, 11 a.m. (MT). NM State has lost the last three meetings between the two schools and last won 4-3 on Feb. 8, 2015. UNLV is off to a great start, checking in a 5-2 on the season with a four-match winning-streak. The Rebels earned a big win over Oregon (5-2) at the ITA Kickoff Weekend and then beat UTEP 4-0 at home.

NM State the wraps up the doubleheader on Saturday with Colorado State at 4 p.m.. The Rams are 2-1 on the year after picking up wins over UIC (5-2) at home and Grand Canyon (6-1) on the road. Colorado State's lone loss of the season so far came at Wisconsin 5-2.

The Aggies then finish up the weekend in Las Vegas with an 11 a.m. match against the Highlanders of UC Riverside on Sunday, Feb. 17. UCR is 2-2 on the season and 0-1 in Big West action in an early meeting for conference play.

After this weekend, NM State returns to home for a pair of matches against Central Oklahoma (Feb. 22) and UTSA (Feb. 24). Like always, all Aggie tennis matches are free for all fans.
