LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's golf team gets set for its second tournament in the last week as the team travels to San Luis Obispo, Calif. for the Bruin/Wave Invitational, Feb. 25-26, at the San Luis Obispo Country Club. The Aggies join 14 teams in the 10th year of the tournament's existence.
Joining NM State on the links is Arizona State, California, Cal Poly, Battle of I-25 rival New Mexico, No. 15 Northwestern, Ole Miss, Oregon, host Pepperdine, San Diego State, San Francisco, Stanford, co-host UCLA, UC Irvine and Washington.

Tiegan Taylor. Chanachai has led the Aggies so fa rin spring play with a top-20 finish in each tournament, including a first-place honor in the Mission Hills Invite on Jan. 28.
Play at the Bruin/Wave Invitational is a two-day, three-round event that begins with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. MT to open the first two rounds on Monday, Feb. 25. The final round uses split-tee times beginning at 8:50 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26. The San Luis Obispo Country Club is a 6,323-yard, par-72 layout. Live scoring for the entire event can be followed on

Following the Bruin/Wave Invite, the New Mexico State women's golf team heads to Tucson, Ariz. for the Arizona Intercollegiate, March 11-12.
