LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's tennis team is set to take the road for a long road trip that'll begin with the start of Western Athletic Conference play in Phoenix with Grand Canyon playing host.

The Aggie women enter this weekend's matches with a 6-5 overall mark. First up for the Aggies will be Kansas City on Friday, March 22, at 4 p.m. (MT). The Roos enter the match 3-8 overall on the year and on a three-match skid.

On the second day of play, NM State will square off against UT Rio Grande Valley at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 23. The Vaqueros are 3-9 on the year and dropped their last two matches.

Last on the docket for the Aggies this weekend before they stay on the road for Spring Break will be Grand Canyon on Sunday, March 24, at 1 p.m. The Lopes are 5-7 on the season and 5-3 when playing on their home court.
