QUOTABLE | HEAD COACH EMILY WANG
"Firstly a huge thanks to Kim Gidley, the head women's coach at Air Force, for the invite and putting on an incredible event," noted Wang. "I am looking forward to bringing future teams to this competitive event. This has been an excellent four days of competition for the team. Every team at this tournament is in the Mountain region so it's a preview of the type of players and competition we will see at the ITA Mountain Regional tournament in Las Vegas in October.
"The team has been working hard and we will continue to do so this fall in preparation for the events we are playing this fall. We are still working on our doubles match-ups which is always a challenge at the beginning of each school year. I have seen a lot of encouraging things from our players, and I am excited to continue to grow and develop as the year progresses."
