ABILENE, Texas – After a couple of off weeks, the NM State women's tennis team will be back in action on Friday as it takes on the field at the ACU Invite hosted by Abilene Christian.
 
NM State will be one of five schools competing this weekend – joined by host Abilene Christian, Texas Tech, Tarleton and UTSA. Of the teams in the field, the only team that the Aggies did not duel with in 2022 is Texas Tech.
 
On Friday, the Aggies will open with doubles play beginning at 9 a.m. before rolling into singles action at 11:45 a.m. In total, all eight Aggies will compete this weekend with Friday's Aggie matches consisting of four doubles tilts and eight more singles matches.
