NM State looks to build on ITA Regional success in season’s last road test.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – After delivering a standout performance at home during the ITA Mountain Regional Invitational, the Aggies are ready to hit the road for one final fall tournament. The Aggies will travel down I-10 to participate in the UTEP Invitational, taking place from Friday, Nov. 1 through Sunday, Nov. 3.

The ITA Mountain Regionals saw NM State facing some of the toughest competition of the season, as they squared off against players from over 20 schools. The Aggies were led by returners Anna Pinaieva and Lisa Zhu, both reaching the Round of 16 in the singles main draw. Zhu also joined forces with freshman Montana Parkinson-Lubold in doubles, where the pair made an impressive run to the Round of 16 of the main draw. Whitney Moon added to NM State's success, advancing through the singles qualifying rounds and reaching the Round of 32.

The UTEP Invitational will feature a round-robin format for both singles and doubles, providing a final opportunity for NM State to build momentum heading into the offseason. Matches will kick off at 9 a.m. on Friday, promising an action-packed weekend as the Aggies seek to finish their fall campaign strong.
