LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The Aggies lose 18-4 in seven innings to LA Tech on May 3, at Presley Askew Field. A two-home run day from Titus Dumitru was not enough to propel the Aggies to a victory.
 
The Bulldogs jumped out to a 14-0 lead before the Aggies managed to earn their first run and hit in the bottom of the fourth. Dumitru ended LA Techs perfect game on a solo shot to left field, his sixth home run of the season.
 
In the top of the fifth, the Bulldogs added three runs on a solo-home run, an RBI single and a fielder's choice with a throwing error that scored a run. In the top of the sixth, LA Tech extended their lead on a leadoff home run.
 
In the bottom of the fifth Logan Gallina blasted his eighth home run of the season and 34th career home run. This puts him in the top 10 career home run leaders among all Aggies. 
 
In the bottom of the seventh, Dumitru homered yet again that scored Keith Jones II who reached on a single up the middle.
 
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Dumitru went 2-3 with three RBIs to earn his 15th multi hit game of the season and sixth multi-RBI game of the season.
• Gallina had two hits in tonight's ball game for his fifth multi-hit game.
