LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The NM State men's golf team will kick off the 2024-25 campaign in its home state as they travel north to take part in the William H. Tucker Invtiational hosted by the University of New Mexico at The Championship Course. This will mark one of three events that the Aggies play in the Land of Enchantment this season.
 
The three-round tournament will see teams play 36 holes on Friday before returning Saturday for the final round of competition.
 
AGGIE LINEUP
The Aggies' lineup will consist of redshirt senior Alexandre Bauduin, freshman Mateo Payan, sixth year senior Aidan Thomas, redshirt junior Lance Christensen and junior Javier Delgadillo.
 
THE FIELD
NM State will be joined in Albuquerque by the host Lobos in addition to Arkansas State, Colorado, Eastern Michigan, Fresno State, Grand Canyon, Long Beach State, Loyola Marymount, Oral Roberts, San Diego State, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Stetson, UNLV, USC and UTEP.
 
THE COURSE
The Championship Golf Course originally opened in 1967 and has been recognized nationally by Golf Digest Magazine as one of the top-25 public courses in the country. It played host to the 1950, 1976 and 1992 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championships as well as the 1998 NCAA Championships.
 
This will mark the 70^th installment of the William H. Tucker Invitational – the nation's second longest running college tournament.
