2018: Made one appearance at CSU Bakersfield (10/21).

2017: Played in 10 matches as a walk-on freshman for the Aggies while making her lone start against Northern Colorado (9/3)…recorded her first collegiate assist at Alcorn State (8/28) and finished the game with two...missed remainder of the season due to injury.

High School: An MVP recipient at Socorro High School in El Paso, Texas, where she played as a forward and midfielder…earned first-team honors four-straight years…assisted the Bulldogs to a first place finish in the 6-A Conference her sophomore season with a 10-3-2 record and back-to-back second-place finishes her final two seasons…had 18 goals and seven assists her senior year…graduated in the top-10 percent of her graduating class (13 out of 620 students) and received dual credit honors through El Paso Community College while attending SHS.
 
Personal: Daughter of Heriberto Castaneda and Andrea Castaneda-Alvarez…has an older brother, Andy, and three younger siblings, Crystal, Heriberto Jr. and Alvaro…majoring in kinesiology.
