A pivotal part of the team, Chacon appeared in 13 games, making 12 starts before suffering a season-ending injury… tallied a team-high seven assists, while adding in four goals (second on the team) and … Recorded an assist on the game-winning goal in a road meeting with Portland State (8/17)… Posted the lone NM State goal in a home game against Pac 12 member Arizona State (8/24)… Scored a goal and recorded an assist in back-to-back games against Pacific (9/3) and UNLV (9/7); adding the first penalty goal of her career against the Lady Rebels… Knocked in a goal against rival UNM (9/10)… recording an assist in four straight games to begin conference action, including her 13
th career assist against Louisiana Tech (9/17), giving her the program record for assists.
2022 (Sophomore)
Became a vital part of the NM State offensive attack… Started all 17 games for the Aggies, totaling 1,458 minutes… Recorded five goals and nine assists, tallying the second most assists in the WAC… Scored her first goal of the season against Texas A&M (8/27)… Recorded back-to-back-to-back goals in home matches against Portland State (9/3), Nevada (9/9), and Utah Valley (9/16)… Knocked in the game-winning goal in a road win over Grand Canyon (10/27)…Recorded an assist in the WAC Championship game against Utah Valley (11/6)…Recorded an assist in the NCAA Tournament versus Mississippi State (11/11).

Played a big role for the Aggies in her first colligate season... Appeared in 18 games, starting in eight... Played 879 minutes throughout the year...
