New Mexico State University Athletics

2015: Saw action in 18 matches and started in three as a junior on the back line for NM State…played all 90 minutes in her first start of the season against Weber State (9/4)…made her second-straight start two days later against Lamar (9/6).
 
2014: Had a great sophomore season, firing in three goals as a defender…her three goals tied her for third-most on the team that season and her six points also tied her for fourth-most on the team…started in 21-of-22 games while logging 1,423 minutes of action, third-most by an Aggie…recorded her first collegiate goal against Chicago State (10/5) on the road…tallied her first multi-goal game against Texas-Pan American with a pair of goals to become just the third Aggie to record a multi-goal game that season.
 
2013: Played as a defender and midfielder her first season with NM State…saw action in 18 matches while starting in four…logged 766 minutes as a freshman, taking eight shots – three of which came on goal.
 
High School: Was a key player at Corona Del Sol High School when the Aztecs captured the state championships her sophomore year…as a junior she directed CDSHS to a state semifinal run and earned offensive player of the year, second-team all-state, first-team all-central region and Tempe all-city honors…finished her senior campaign with 16 goals and 29 assists.
 
Personal: Daughter of Scott and Lori Petre…has an older brother (Andrew)…majoring in individualized studies with a minor in history and geography.
