DENVER –Mike McGilton earned First Team All-WAC honors to cap his senior season, the Western Athletic Conference announced Tuesday.
 
McGilton paced the Aggies in stroke average at 72.3 over 35 rounds of play. He ranked sixth in the conference for stroke average. The Chandler, Ariz., native won the Herb Wimberly Invitational this season as well as finishing in a tie for second at the Pepsi-Cola Classic.
 
He also helped lead NM State to six top-5 finishes on the season including a win at the Herb Wimberly Invitational and a second place finish at The Big Texan.
