CLE ELUM, Wash. – The New Mexico State women's golf team wrapped up the NCAA Cle Elum Regional with its best round of the week on a perfect day at Tumble Creek Club as it shot 299 (+11) for a total score of 321-305-299—925 (+61) to finish in 16
th place.

Dominique Galloway placed the highest of the NM State golfers in a tie for 40th as she fired a 72 (E) for a 54-hole score of 77-73-72—222 (+6). Following closely behind Galloway was
Pun Chanachai who fired a 71 (-1) for the day and wrapped up her time at Tumble Creek with a 54-hole score of 80-72-71—223 (+7), good for a 44
th place tie.

Chantal Dueringer finished in 84
th place (+22) after the freshman posted a solid final day with a score of 76 (+4).
Kehler Koss (+30) and
Maria Prado (+33) finished 93
rd and 95
th respectively.

No. 1 ranked USC ran away with the regional, firing a red-hot 281-285-278—844 (-20). Also advancing to NCAA Finals are Washington, Northwestern, Arkansas, San Jose State and UCF. Individual qualifiers from the Cle Elum Regional are Oregon's Kathleen Scavo, Ohio State's Aneka Seumanutafa and Oregon State's Ellie Slama.
The Aggies wrap up their season with their fifth Western Athletic Conference championship in the last six years and their 22
nd NCAA Regional Appearance. In
Danny Bowen's second season at the helm, New Mexico State picked up wins at the WAC Championship and Red Rocks Invitational to go along five more top-5 finishes. NM State is also set to return two-time WAC Player of the Year
