LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State diving team added Seton Hall transfer Taylor Jackson, diving coach

 "I am so excited to announce the commitment and signing of transfer senior Taylor Jackson. She is coming to us after spending three years at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. She is going to bring a great energy to our team and she has already begun connecting with some of our current swimmers and divers. I am excited to be adding an upper classman to our diving program, and I think she will be a great leader within our program."

Jackson competed at Seton Hall from 2017-20 where she put together an impressive career. She won Big East Athlete of the Week twice and captured the 2018 Big East Championship in the 3m. The native of Thornton, Colo., also holds the Seton Hall scoring record in both six and 11-dive meets.

The 5-2 senior is a journalism major who was named to the Dean's List at Seton Hall. She is set to team up with
Italia Aranzabal who put together an impressive freshman campaign that included a school record, a trip to NCAA Diving Zones and an appearance at Mexico's Olympic Trials.
