DENTON, Texas – On Friday, NM State Swimming & Diving took on North Texas in a road bout from the Lone Star State. The Aggies returned to the pool for the first time in four weeks, toppling the Mean Green by a score of 137-103. With eight of 13 event wins, the group picked up its first dual meet victory of the season in its final outing before the campaign resumes in 2026.
Head Coach Rick Pratt, on the victory: "Coming off of Thanksgiving, having finals, then getting ready for the holidays is always a tricky section of the season. Despite all that, and the travel, today was a lot of fun. We had good energy, focus on details and raced hard. This is a special group and I'm proud of their efforts this fall, and super excited for the new year. Happy Holidays and go Aggies!"
The day began with a 2-3 finish in the 200 medley relay from the Crimson & White. In the 1000 free,

The first diving event of the day was from three meters, with the hosts earning most of the points.
