VANCOUVER – A future Aggie is making a splash before her freshman campaign even begins. Swimming Canada announced this week that Juliet Nicholson has been selected to represent her country at the upcoming 2026 Junior Pan Pacific Championships.
Nicholson is one of 40 talented young Canadian swimmers that will have the opportunity to race in their home pool as they compete in the 11
th edition of the international junior competition. The event is set for August 17-20 at the UBC Aquatic Centre in Vancouver. This will also mark the first time that the event is hosted in Canada.
In total, more than 300 swimmers from 16 countries are expected to swim in Vancouver across four days of racing.
As a junior, Nicholson swims for Coach Marc Tremblay and the Kelowna Aquajets based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Nicholson was introduced to Aggie fans as an incoming freshman in November of last year and specializes in butterfly, freestyle and the IM.
