Â
The Annecy, France, product first opened up with a comeback victory against UNLV's Eric Samuelsson 3-6, 6-3, 6-1. Menard then followed up with an easy 6-2, 6-1 win against UC Riverside's Vignesh Subramanyan before wrapping up the weekend with a hard-fought 7-6, 6-3 win against Hawaii's Lucas Labrunie to clinch the win for NM State.
Â
Menard moved to 4-0 in dual action after this past weekend, all at the No. 2 singles position, and paces the team with a 13-4 overall record in singles play this year.
Â
New Mexico State (4-1) remains on the road again and will play a familiar opponent in Arizona (3-1) this Saturday, Feb. 9, at 1 p.m. (MT) inside the LaNelle Robson Tennis Center.
