DENVER – After votes from all six head coaches within the conference, the New Mexico State women's tennis team were awarded three WAC All-Tournament honors in total.

Neus Torregrosa was the lone Aggie to take home all-tournament honors in singles play after going 2-0 last weekend in Brownsville, Texas. The junior is now 11-11 overall on the season after helping the Aggies to just their second WAC Championship title and NCAA Tournament berth.

NM State's top doubles team of
Harsha Challa and
Gavi Kalaga and its No. 2 doubles team of
Lindsay Harlas and
Yadira Rubio were also named to the all-tournament team after both teams went 2-0. Challa and Kalaga won 7-5 in the semifinals and followed with a 6-3 victory that clinched the doubles point in the championship match. Meanwhile, Harlas and Rubio defeated their counterparts from UMKC in the semis 6-3 before dismantling their opponents from GCU 6-4.

New Mexico State is headed to The Farm this weekend to take on the No. 3 national seed Stanford on Saturday, May 4, at 1 p.m. (MT) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
