FIRST SERVE
- NM State's spring season rolls on this weekend as they will fit four dual matches in the span of three days when they see members of the Big West, Big Sky and Mountain West.
- Last weekend, NM State faced what will likely be one of its toughest tests of the spring season, falling 4-0 on the road at Texas Tech.
- Against the Red Raiders, Aggie newcomer Gustavo Campos was the lone Aggie to force his opponent to a third set before dropping the singles match 6-4, 4-6, 0-1 (7-10).
- This will mark the second consecutive year that the Aggies will see these exact four programs at the UNLV Quad. In 2023, NM State fell in all four matches, however earned three points in matches against both UC Riverside and Weber State.
- Entering Friday, UNLV is the lone program of the five teams to have earned a win during the young season as they defeated Idaho State 4-3 on Jan. 18.
- The weekend's weather is forecasted to have highs in the low 60s with little to no wind and no expected rain.
- Results can be found on NMStateSports.com following the conclusion of the matches each day.
