DALLAS – Wednesday afternoon, NM State baseball learned its schedule for the 2027 Conference USA season. In Jake Angier's fourth year at the helm of the program, the Aggies are slated to play a 27-game league schedule beginning March 26 in Miami.
 
Conference play opens on the road as the Aggies are set for a three-game series against FIU from March 26-28. NM State will then return to Las Cruces for back-to-back home series, hosting Jax State (April 2-4) and Missouri State (April 9-11).
 
The Aggies will head to Huntsville, Texas, on April 16-18 to face Sam Houston before returning home to welcome Kennesaw State on April 23-25. NM State then closes out April with a trip to Newark, Del., for a three-game set against Delaware from April 30 through May 2.
 
The home portion of the conference schedule concludes May 7-9 when Middle Tennessee visits Presley Askew Field. The Aggies' final two regular-season conference series will come on the road, beginning with a trip to Bowling Green, Ky., to face Western Kentucky from May 14-16 before wrapping up league play against Liberty in Lynchburg, Va., from May 20-22.
 
In total, NM State's conference schedule includes home series against Jax State, Missouri State, Kennesaw State and Middle Tennessee, while road trips to FIU, Sam Houston, Delaware, Western Kentucky and Liberty await.
 
Following the conclusion of the regular season, the Aggies will turn their attention to the 2027 Conference USA Baseball Championship, which is scheduled for May 26-30 in Huntsville, Texas. The tournament champion will earn the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Baseball Championship.
