"It's safe to say we've never come up to Flagstaff with a group more determined to be successful," Said associate head coach
Rachel Judge. "Their attitudes have been contagious and it was a real honor to watch this girls preform today. We had some outstanding performances – Regan Nentwich was on fire, she had wins in the 200 Back and the 100 Fly and was huge on our relays. Our 200 breast stroke was fun to watch especially with those times, in this pool, at this altitude. At this point in the season, it was really impressive."

Our A relay was all freshman so that's definitely a sign of good things for the future to see them pulling together like that. Tomorrow is going to be a tough session but we are excited to show people what we are made of."
