A native of Dolton, Ill., Moore (2000-04) left Aggie fans mesmerized with his dazzling style of play on Lou Henson Court and was the fifth NM State basketball player ever to earn All-American status at the end of his junior season. During his All-American campaign, Moore averaged 18.8 points per game to lead the team and followed up with a 15.4 point average in his senior campaign. He finished his career the all-time leader in blocks (200), fifth all-time in free-throw percentage (.801) and ninth-most in minutes played (3,146). He's also ninth on the single-season free-throw percentage list, checking in with an .837 shooting clip from the line. Moore is also the sixth-leading scorer at New Mexico State with 1,651 career points in the Crimson and White.

On top of his All-American accolade, Moore was named the 2003 Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year. He opened his collegiate career averaging 11.7 points, which earned him 2001 SBC Freshman of the Year honors. Moore followed up with an all-conference honorable mention award and finished with First-Team All-SBC honors his final two seasons in Las Cruces. Moore resides in Lansing, Ill., with his wife LaToya where he works for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company.
