Selected as NM State's first All-American as a senior in 1964 after advancing to the quarterfinal round of the NCAA Championships...NM State men's golf coach from 1998-2004...Coached a pair of Big West Conference champions...Son, Rich, played for NM State men's golf team and later was a member of the PGA Tour.
